Strawberry, licorice, and honey lure you into this juicy dry Rosé. We pressed the juice after a brief maceration, and fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
The Malbec uses 100% certified organic grapes sourced from the Golden Mile. It’s unfiltered, fermented with wild yeast and contains a minimum amount of sulphur. We cellared a single barrel, which produced just over 300 bottles.
